WEBPANO for CML Management: Locate, Measure & Plan Access on a Point Cloud
A full 3D model isn’t always available — but that doesn’t have to stop CML (Condition Monitoring Location) management. WebPano lets you locate CML points, take measurements, and plan access using nothing but a point cloud or mesh model, all remotely.
CML location notes can be pinned directly within the point cloud environment, exactly where wall-thickness measurements need to be taken. All saved notes can be downloaded with a single click, complete with spatial coordinates and direct links, ready to import into an inspection management system.
The point cloud also supports precise measurements, just like a full 3D model — allowing the right scaffolding configuration to be chosen and positioned, then adjusted to match the real terrain geometry. A worker figure placed on the platform confirms reach and safe access, all planned remotely before the crew heads out to the site.
